Rosenmund® offers you the possibility to assemble your individually required package of performance from a large range of services:
 
  • Inspection/trial of your second-hand unit acc. to certain criteria (declared in advance); optionally at yours or the supplier’s site.
  • Revamping or upgrade of the acquired second-hand unit acc. to the catalogue of requirements (declared in advance). Depending on the scope of work, it will be done at your site or at Rosenmund®
  • Upgrade to ATEX-conformity: revamping of your plant acc. to guideline 1999/92/EG (ATEX 137) and acc. to the demands of the place of installation in risk of explosion.
  • Preparation of the qualification documents and FAT / SAT protocols; support for the qualification of the plant acc. to cGMP- and FDA-guidelines on request.
  • Rosenmund®  warranty on your revised/upgraded unit or components after realized FAT; procedure of SAT on request.

The technical update of a plant often has an effect on the product quality and assures that the machine corresponds to the high security demands. For instance: replacement of a paddle agitator with central discharge by a Rosenmund® S-agitator with side discharge; optionally upgraded with Gas Knife for an optimized product discharge or Easy Clean for a cleaning of the side discharge valve under containment conditions.
