A completely new pilot plant facility

Optimaly equipped, the Rosenmund^® pilot plant facility was opened in November 2002. This international test center offers a complete range of services to Rosenmund^®-customers from the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. The pilot plant facility is specialized in the untertaking of trials in process engineering involving products of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Our core competence is in the field of concentration and drying of process of solvent containing API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).

     

Equipment and know-how from one source

The pilot plant facility offers a comprehensive range of services to Rosenmund^® customers, that substantially supports the decision making regarding the selection of equipment and machines. Do you plan to change or optimize your process? In addition you wish a comparison between different systems - for example between a horizontal-, vertical- or spherical dryer? This is no problem for our new pilot plant facility, our test plants are at your disposal. Since we supply all the systems, we guarantee an objective process.

• Shorter implementatin time for product by determination of the product suitability as well as the necessary process cycle
• Optimized adjustment of the processing times in the production lines (trains) by relatively precise estimation of the drying times
• Definition of effective cleaning processes (CIP/WIP and SIP)
• Definition of the selection criteria based on the weighting of the customer, e.g.: drying time, quality (form of crystal, activity, etc.), cleanout, ability of CIP, price
