CIP-/WIP- and SIP-System are an integral part of Rosenmund’s- process equipment range, including steam sterilization and aseptic use. The application of specialized spray systems and sterilization methods validate the vessel in preparation for processing.

Easy-Clean Valve

The gloves and sight glasses installed in this side discharge valve enable a manual cleaning of the sealing surface of the discharge valve and ensure the following:

Drying system Microwave
Efficient drying for the highest standards
Rosenmund
® has used its vast knowledge and industry experience with drying in order to develop the new drying system Microwave:
The heating via Microwave allows a very efficient drying. During the drying process the micro-waves enter directly into the product particles and cause a significant reduction in drying time. The Microwave System serves to support the conventional vacuum contact heating. The Microwave Unit is user-friendly and can be integrated into an already existing facility.
The Microwave System provides the following advantages:
