Clean-Seal, because it must be closed with each product
 

As you may already know ROSENMUND® is the original developer of the Nutsche filter/dryer with side discharge valve.

Based on the longtime experience of our customers with this technology, ROSENMUND® strives to improve the technical features of its devices.

A challenging point was occasionally the effective closing of the metal to metal seal, of the side discharge valve, particularly with adhesive products.

Clean sealing ensures a perfect closing of his seal with such kind of products. A tight closure of the side discharge valve is therefore ensured.

The metallic seat, which is attached to the loose flange at the vessel, was turned over approx. 90°, so that the flowing product does not come into contact with the seat face when discharged. Nevertheless if there remains a concern that the product is able to flow across the seat, nozzles are provided to flush with N2 or solvent.
